宏茂快速智能充電站 中壢懷寧醫院導入

懷寧醫院為配合政府環保節能政策,與服務更多電動車車主,委由宏茂光電設置「HLO快速智能充電站」,將提供5座快速智能充電樁,服務就診的電動車車主,雙方已於11日正式簽署。

懷寧醫院位於中壢市,臨近國道1號中壢交流道。院長戴念梓表示,因應政府綠能政策及滿足院方往來人士的需求,院方積極提升運用停車場資源。引入宏茂光電的人工智能AI管理系統,可降低管理成本,並服務就診民眾,還可提供往返南北路途的電動

宏茂董事長郭佳瑜表示,電動車市場快速擴大,統計至今年累計掛牌數達萬輛以上,充電站的需求也隨之大幅增加。懷寧醫院建置「目的地型充電站」,提供到院看診民眾及醫護人員停車即充電的服務;宏茂也提供一條龍完整服務,包含後續B2B維運、電源管理EMS軟體及金流管理。

郭佳瑜表示,宏茂光電的合作對象不侷限停車業者,將持續拓展商辦、娛樂中心、餐飲飯店、學校甚至廟宇等場域。

宏茂光電開發智能APP提醒訊息,採用快速充電設備,解決電動車主「充電焦慮」的問題。這次懷寧醫院設置快速充電站,規畫5座快速充電樁,預計明年年節前啟用,未來視使用率及需求再擴充,以服務更多電動車車主。

根據WEF推估,到2040年全球充電站商機將達5,000億美元(約台幣14兆元),是電動車(EV)相關產業供應鏈業者的大商機,今年的台灣國際人工智慧暨物聯網展(AIoT Taiwan Show)中,由電電公會主辦、台灣數位科技產業學會協辦的「AI數位生活館」,起而行綠能和宏茂光電的策略聯盟,以及新推出AIoT產品及服務非常令人注目,吸引不少國內外媒體的鎂光燈。
新創公司起而行綠能,由工研院機械所研發團隊創立,成立四年來在董事長簡金品帶領下,已成為國內外電動車大廠在電動車充電樁合作的首選。此次透過和宏茂光電在物聯網光學影像的異業結合,將充電樁的管理升級為遠端智能影像管理方案,帶給營運商更高的附加價值。除基本的車牌辨識、人臉辨識、停車場進出入分析外,更嵌入車流分析,車形辨識及充電哨兵模式等演算法,附帶儲能櫃(BESS)應用的熱輻射溫度監控方案,大幅提升車聯網(IoV)安全監控數據的水平。
二家公司合作衍生的充電樁專利組合(EV charger patent portfolio)強化了競爭優勢,築高同業進入智慧綠能國際化的門檻,有實力與中國充電樁業者一較長短,台灣國家隊將在蓬勃發展的電動車產業佔有一席之地。

宏茂光電助力喬信 提升儲能櫃監控安全標準​

台電資料顯示,因應台灣綠電發展趨勢,至2025年各類型儲能系統的建置目標為 590 MW,較2020年僅5MW規模,五年間整體市場成長超過百倍,加上全球商機爆發力十足,引來台廠相繼投入。

喬信電子(J.S. Power)為電電公會及台灣數位科技產業學會的綠能產業聯盟成員,專注利基市場各種鋰電池模組的技術開發及銷售;尤其透過和AI影像軟體公司宏茂光電的技術交流,在儲能櫃的監控安全提升上有顯著的高水準表現。

宏茂光電在美國消費電子展(CES 2022),展出為喬信電子量身訂做的邊緣運算監控方案,結合賽靈思(Xilinx) FPGA加速器所建立的資料庫(meta-data-base),透過深度學習演算法CNN,建立可持續性的人工智能訓練模型(AI Trained Model),並將儲能櫃管理升級為遠端智能影像管理方案,達到降低人工巡檢成本,帶給營運商更高的附加價值。

宏茂光電董事長郭佳瑜表示,熱輻射計溫度監控(Bolometer)可用於人臉辨識及儲能櫃事件進出入分析,使儲能櫃內外部在可控制的安全範圍內,也可用在聯結充電樁及車聯網(IoV)監控數據,大幅提升安全水平。宏茂採用的熱顯像芯片主要為中科院160x120 pixels規格,第三季將推出640x480 pixels VGA連接等級升級版。

宏茂以軟體及演算法分析小數據(small data),提升附加價值,與中國儲能櫃業者形成差異化。相信台灣綠能產業在強強聯手下,朝智慧綠能物聯網邁進,以技術硬實力在儲能產業發光。

Guo Jiayu, chairman of HLO Optoelectronics, said that the thermal radiometer temperature monitoring (Bolometer) can be used for face recognition and energy storage cabinet event entry and exit analysis, so that the inside and outside of the energy storage cabinet can be controlled within a controllable safety range, and can also be used to connect charging piles and Internet of Vehicles (IoV) monitoring data, greatly improving the safety level. The thermal imaging chip used by Ang Mao is mainly the 160x120 pixels specification of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the third season will launch a 640x480 pixels VGA connection level upgrade.
